Shipping policy

Shipping - Standard Service
We process and ship most orders within 72 hours, Monday-Friday. Most large wood crafts or Rexlace orders ship within 3-days of ordering. During the peak season, orders may require additional time to ship; any questions, please email. Make sure to include your email address on your order to send you an email confirmation that we received your order and another when it ships. Before you complete the checkout process, you can choose from a list of available shipping options and the respective cost based on the product's size, weight, and address. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping takes approximately 2-6 business days ONCE the order has shipped. 

Shipping - Express Service
We do not offer express shipping at this point but check back soon.

Delivery Exceptions
Please note that severe weather conditions throughout the year may cause a delay in the arrival of express orders. These delivery exceptions are rare but can occur at any point in the country; they delay shipments nationwide. Unfortunately, these conditions are unforeseeable and affect all carriers. If a shipment is delayed due to a "delivery exception," we cannot offer any shipping refund.
