It is 100% safe to order online with us. We are a trusted online retail store who has been serving customers since 1999 and have an encrypted checkout that carries the SSL certificate (128-bit Secure Sockets Layer) to guarantee you a safe and secure shopping experience. In addition, our payment gateway (authorize.net) complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Once your order is placed we do not retain any of the payment information for your security. We will Never use your email for any other purpose than too communication about that specific order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and check. We also accept purchase orders from qualifying organizations. See Open Billing Accounts for more information. Going Green
In conjuction with a local elementry school class we have been trying to limit our "footprint". We are using recycled paper, limiting the paper we use and recycling boxes and packaging material. Every 6 months we get a visit from a 3rd grade class which we talk about our recycling and discuss improvement that we can make. Open Billing Accounts-Government Agencies, Schools and Hospitals
Public schools, hospitals, YMCA/YWCA, Boy Scouts/Girl Scouts and local government agencies are eligible to order on an approved purchase order and will be shipped and billed as an open account. There is no minimum order. We have tried to simplify the process by allowing you to place an order without first setting up an account. You can either fax us your order or use our easy online ordering. To order online, place your order as you normally would, and at payment option, select purchase order from the drop down menu. Indicate the purchase order number or the person authorizing the purchase. We will create an account for you. The items must be shipped to the organization’s address. If you place an online order using a purchase order we do also require a fax copy of the original schools purchase order before we can ship (to avoid duplicate orders, please put your online order number on fax). Private/Public Organizations and Individuals
Orders must be prepaid by credit card or check. No COD orders. Credit applications are available on request. If the purchase is not “camp related”, i.e. for manufacturing, promotion, demo, there is a minimum purchase amount of $50 for us to accept a purchase order. You can place any size order using a credit card. Shipping - Standard Service
We process and ship most orders within 48 hours, Monday-Friday. Most large wood crafts or Rexlace orders are shipped in a few days, questions please email. Make sure to include your email address on your order so we can send you an e-mail confirmation that we received your order and another when it ships. Before you complete the checkout process, you will be offered a list of available shipping options and the respective cost based upon the products size, weight and your address. Depending on your location standard ground shipping takes approximately 2-6 business days once the order has shipped. We do not offer Express shipping options.
Shipping - Express Service
We do not offer express shipping, just standard parcel.
Please note that severe weather conditions throughout the year may cause a delay in the arrival of express orders. These delivery exceptions are rare but can occur at any point in the country; they delay shipments nationwide. Unfortunately these conditions are unforeseeable and affect all carriers. If a shipment is delayed due to a “delivery exception” we cannot offer any refund of shipping. Sales Tax-Ohio Residents only
If you are an Ohio resident we are required to collect sales tax which will be added to your order. All customers outside of Ohio will not be charged tax. If you are an Ohio customer who is tax-exempt, please enter your tax exempt number in the field as you begin the checkout process to ensure that you are not charged.
Tax-exempt customers ordering in Ohio, please provide a copy of your tax-exemption certificate with your first order. After you place your order, please fax the tax-exemption certificate to 1-513-248-4595 and reference your order number.
Canadian and International Orders
Due to the import restrictions, custom requirements and shipping concerns imposed upon us, we do not offer shipping to Canada or any countries outside of the United States except APO/APE/AP addresses. Returns
If an item is the wrong size, color, etc. we are happy to take it on a return if under $30.00; we do not pay return shipping. Due to the seasonal nature of our crafts we order a limited number of items for a certain period of the year. Therefore we do not accept any returns on order over $30.00. Because once we sold out of those items, we will have turned away other customers for that product; the window that item is popular may only be a few weeks long and therefore we accept no returns over $30.00; no exceptions. For example, if a camp orders 40 wood models or visors and does not use them or has extras, we do not take anything back for a credit or exchange, even the day after you receive it. Please understand our position, obviously if an item is damaged we either ship you a replacement or credit you. We accept no returns for items that did not work for your group or was too difficult. All our crafts “work” and have been tested by kids, the onus is on you to make sure it works for your group; questions about an item either call or buy one to test before buying for the group. To return a qualified item simply mail back to us at our address listed on the top left corner of the invoice; put a copy of your receipt in the box along with a current email address and phone number. Once we check in the product we will email you a credit code to be used on our online store which will be valid for 1 year. We accept no returns or exchanges of books or videos. Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is missing or damaged, notify customer service within 5 days of receiving your order and we will replace it.
